The Art of Tea leaf reading or Tasseography is said to have originated in Europe in the 17th century and likely derived from Middle Eastern cultures where coffee grounds had been used for "Fortune Readings" as far back as the 1500's.

Tea Leaf Reading is the art of interpreting messages found in the shapes and configurations of the tea leaves after you have consumed your tea.

When we seek divinatory practices to gain insight and spiritual guidance, we are often drawn to 3 main areas of life; Love, Finances and Career, and Spiritual or Self Development. We have created 3 individual blends for divination. They are predominantly Assam black tea but also contain small amounts of herbs, not for their flavor, but for their magical properties and ability to infuse the tea with their corresponding essence.

LOVE, RELATIONSHIPS, SELF LOVE~ Assam, Damiana, Rose, Cacao shell

ABUNDANCE, FINANCES, CAREER ~ Assam, Holy Basil, Alfalfa, Allspice, Cinnamon

SPIRITUALITY, SOUL GUIDANCE, EMPOWERMENT ~ Assam, Dandelion Leaf, Borage leaf and flower, Yarrow, Lavender

These are offered in small bags only at this time. Each bag has 13 teaspoons and will make 7 to 13 cups of tea depending on how much tea is used per cup. My recommendation for a 6 oz tea cup is 1 tsp. of tea.
