Chamomile is such a delicious calming herb that also can help balance hormones, ease cramps, and help lessen irritability and mood swings. Chamomile may help reduce heavy blood flow and has anti inflammatory effects that may reduce cramping.
Elderflower, Rose, and Peppermint round out this formula by providing more cramp and pain relief, as well as emotional support (rose), and reduced bloating.
