Too Chai
A robust coffee like chai made with black and oolong teas, cacao shell, cacao nibs, chicory root, chaga mushroom, calendula petals, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, fennel, and black pepper.
Chai dates back some 5000 years. its creation began as part of a medicinal herb practice in Ayurveda. The spices in chai, such as cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper, possess antibacterial properties. These properties can prevent digestive problems resulting from bacterial infections. Chai tea may also help stabilize blood sugar and even help balance your hormones. Since Chai tea always has black tea as its base, there is caffeine in this blend. Black tea also provides some benefits though, like protecting and improving heart health, reducing blood pressure, and aids gut health. Black tea is full of Antioxidants and polyphenols which help protect the cells from free radicals and it improves mental clarity and alertness.
