An invigorating blend of herbs, salts, and essential oils for a mini spa experience in your bath.
Nettles, lemon balm, peppermint, lemon peel, fennel and rosemary blended with Epsom salt, Celtic Sea salt, and essential oils of grapefruit, lemon, ginger and bergamot enliven the senses and provide nutrients and hydration.
Epsom salts soften rough dry skin, and soothe the muscles while they reduce soreness in the muscles.
Celtic Sea salts are known for high mineral content and anti inflammatory benefits. This helps detoxify the skin and increase circulation while providing the skin with nutrients.
Place bag in the bath as it fills with water. The salts will dissolve and the essential oils will add fragrance for aromatherapy. When you are done it’s an easy clean up. Just toss the bag of herbs in your compost bin.
